What Does Our Warranty Cover?

✅ Frame and Fork
✅ Controller and Electrical System
✅ Battery (manufacturer defects only)

We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered?

❌ Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chain, grips, pedals, and saddle)
❌ Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
❌ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
❌ Battery capacity reduction due to normal aging and regular use
❌ Damage resulting from water exposure beyond the product's intended use
